Press Shop

At SBN, manufacturing is done by the state of art High-tech machines to deliver quality products and production efficiency. Fully and semi automatic material handling system is also installed at SBN for free movement of materials. Relevant procedure is adopted during all stages of production so that the products quality can be maintained during all stages of operations.

We are having advanced machinery setup to produce high quality and precise components. We have both semi automatic lathe(Troub Machine) and CNC Machine in house.

Tooling Facility

We have a modern tool room where imported / branded machines are installed to produce accuracy in our tools. We have a team of technical experts for tool designing and our all tools are designed using Auto Cad 2000. We always try to make progressive tools due to our need of high productivity & consistent quality.

In-House tool manufacturing with all facilities under one roof like:

  • Tool Design Through AUTO CAD, PRO-E
  • Facing by Machining centre/Lathe Machines from Rajkot
  • Surface Grinding from GAMT - 4 Nos.
  • M-1 TR ARMSTRONG, Taiwan - 1 Nos.
  • CNC Wire Cut from ELECTRONICA (SPRINTCUT) - 1 Nos.
  • Lathe (8 Feet) - 2 Nos.
  • Drill Machine (3/4") - 3 Nos.

Fabrication Shop

At SBN, we are fully equipped Fabrication Shop to fabricate Electric Panels, LT Boxes, E-Rickshaw Chasis, E-Rickshaw Body & its parts, working table racks as per customer specification & drawing. We have all welding facility inhouse.

Molding Shop

In molding section, we have both vertical and horizontal molding machine. We mold insert molding components with inhouse pad printing facility. We made assemblies which includes of plastic, sheet metal or turning components. All solution we have under the one roof. We have following machine.
